We are configuring the Support tool a bit to make some efficiency updates. While that is going on, and if you had a ticket you needed sending, watch this; by the time its done you'll either not need to submit the ticket or the time will have passed and the tool will be up.

This is a good representation of what happens in my mind almost every day.

Dear Heim, as a good customer I use BMx3 at any given time even at Real Life. This means in real life time is 3x faster than for anybody else. With this I can prove that I have watched the whole movie => 4 Mins x BMx3 => 12 Mins wasted xDD
Although I have to admit that I would love to have that blue hair girl at the end as an MVP *:* I want her to use that attack on prontera <3 Hell I would get some popcorn and watch her getting off xD
