Opening 10 or 20 dirties at a time with a single click to activate a small macro is not a problem.
What you should never do is set up a bot then go AFK for hours. That will definitely get you a ban.

what's the difference between bots and macro?
A bot works totally independent on user input, a macro still needs key press and an active user

Macro is just a series of recorded keystrokes or mouse movements looped over for eternity. A bot on the other hand (a good one) has some intelligence programmed with it and the goond ones you generally have to pay by the month for and freebies are usually pretty bad and a one way ticket to getting the account banned. A real bot can detect GMs presence, recognize that a mob is being hit by another player so you don't hit the same mob and someone cries about ksing, constantly monitors hp and mp and pots when below certain percentage, usually aware of all skills, chain skills and uses them to the best of their ability, usually able to record a hunting path which is usually works up and down the path killing and looting until full. I have not really seen any real bots for Rose probably because there is just not a market for it since it is a F2P game anyway and very little profit for the time that would spent actually making one. Botted accounts can be spotted usually though due to the actual player trying to figure out how to play their now max level character without actually having any knowledge of the job class or skills. Usually pretty bad in PVE and PVP situations.
