When are we getting reimbursed for our stolen rebirth zeny? (free for VIP, but they still charged us

The zeny refunds were mailed out a week or so ago, they would be appearing in your in-game mailbox. PM me with the character name and server if you have checked and do not see it.

The refunds were sent out for people who paid for rebirth during the week or so when it things were switched (non vips got free rebirths, vips had to pay).

Thanks for clearing it up. I'll have to wait til the server gets back up to check my Shadow Chaser's mailbox. If it's not there by chance (I did submit a ticket already with his name), submit another ticket perhaps? Although I'm sure it's there waiting for me.

We currently have a list of all players who require a refund for this particular glitch and we will be distributing zeny refunds as soon as possible.

We did it automatically, we did the data pull for everyone that actually paid the month between the date we said it would be free and the date we actually fixed it. it was ~ 600+ characters across all servers that we ended up in-game mailing the zeny.

Just checked and I got it. You're aware that when they say mailbox, it's mailbox in-game?
