So since the GM's are out and about for the anniversary hats how about stopping to Rac. Sant and start enforcing some rules about
GWing-Ks-Gwinging parties. For example Azure Breeze.

A lot of Gwinging parties will inadvertently KS people now and again.
When you have a big party (8+) and you're gwinging around, it's hard to see if there's someone else underneath all your party members before your DPS starts firing off their skills. KSing happens more often than not in situations like that.
If a party is intentionally running up to your group/mobs/whatever just to KS you every time they see you, then that's dumb and they should be punished.
Most of the time though, at least in parties I've been in, people KS on accident and are like crap and tele away to avoid continually KSing people.

Don't ks and people wont get butthurt. Simple as that, have your killer take 1/2 a second to think before attacking. Problem solved! Morans...

Gwing wasnt getting disabled? That was better for camping parties and a better system, instead of Gwing KS, that would solve the problem, im still not sure how those players complaining about gwing KS are getting -1.
