So I decided to upgrade my clan from 3 to 4 today, I met all the requirements:
- Had the clan points
- Had the materials
- I did the quest

I switched leadership of the clan to an AoE character of mine to make the quest farming easier. After talking to Burtland and finishing everything, everything got taken away, but I did not receive a message that my clan was upgraded, and it's still at grade 3.

When I talk to him again after this, he says I don't have the 20k points, that I did have before, but got taken away without the clan grade being upgraded.

No, leadership was transferred before the quest was started.

You would still need to relog for the change to take affect, in relation to the quest.

Please relog the Clan Master Character, who has the completed quest and try again.

If you continue to have issues, please provide detailed information regarding the steps you're taking and a screenshot of your quest window and Burtlands dialog and I'll be happy to help you.

You should switch to the AOE char and do the quest and hand in the mats. Also, whatever mats you got have to be in the same sequence of quest as well. If you choose to give mats option 2, you have to do quest number 2.

Seems to be fixed now, I logged in today and the clan grade was at 4.
