Sick and tired of LAG and DYING from it!! FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you people want another penny from me FIX THE LAG.

Lag is minimal. Its probably your connection.

From that tracert;

Either 1; Its your system causing lag.

2; You are getting lag spikes, not consistent lag. Run ping [ip] -t and when you see it spike, then run the tracert [ip] to get a better trace to determine the source of the problem.




Without this, they can do nothing. Its like going to the doctor and yelling in his face "I'M SICK FIX ME NOW OR ELSE!!!"

Sorry this has been going on for days and I'm at my wits END with it.

When it is the servers lag everyone lags but if is your own then you will be the only one lagging. If people are not lagging at the same exact time as you then it is your connection.

Ever since i switched my isp last year i have had minimal to no lag at all. Previous to this i would very often get the 30 second death lag and other numerous tiny lag spikes hindering play. The only time i get lag now is on very minimal occasion and when i do everyone in the party will be saying lag spike, which indicates it as server lag.

IF you wanna get real extreme change your isp if you can, but other wise this is not quite a problem with gravity's servers.

Don't get offended but I think it may be some kind of issue with a connection between you and gravity or your computer needs cleanup/reload. I haven't had any lag so I doubt it is the Server itself. I remember 3 years ago I had horrible lag spikes and was ready to quit RO because it was so "laggy". Later on I reloaded my computer which my friend suggested to me and the "lag" was gone. So it may not actually be a latency issue through internet. You could try some other options to clean up your computer?

Ppl who didnt feel any lag is probably inside the US. Outside the US it is probably the gateway that causing all these lag. I'm from oceania and i'm lagging. Add to that i think they havent fixed that underwater cable (snapped by japan quake) yet. I feel OP is from outside US.

For the moment i'm not playing and i think i'll miss the event.

Just assuming its someone else's problem is not very smart. Tracert or gtfo.

Umm. There have been severe connection problems at the same time this week connecting to just RO. hasn't been just 1 person, tracerts been normal, ping to other sites and netflix normal. Logically ro's servers or network has been having some problems that remain unaddressed

I am getting lots of rubber banding and lag as well

I have not been lagging from RO but I have been disconnecting from Internet more often as of lately.
