Either 1; Its your system causing lag.
2; You are getting lag spikes, not consistent lag. Run ping [ip] -t and when you see it spike, then run the tracert [ip] to get a better trace to determine the source of the problem.
Without this, they can do nothing. Its like going to the doctor and yelling in his face "I'M SICK FIX ME NOW OR ELSE!!!"

Ever since i switched my isp last year i have had minimal to no lag at all. Previous to this i would very often get the 30 second death lag and other numerous tiny lag spikes hindering play. The only time i get lag now is on very minimal occasion and when i do everyone in the party will be saying lag spike, which indicates it as server lag.
IF you wanna get real extreme change your isp if you can, but other wise this is not quite a problem with gravity's servers.

I'm from oceania and i'm lagging.
Me too but I haven't lagged in days either.
Just assuming its someone else's problem is not very smart. Tracert or gtfo.
