I can't stop staring at her chest. The way you drew her body is marvelous...lol. But yeah, I agree with Celeb, you have to at least color it!

so I'll have to hand color then rescan X3

Nice drawing as for program maybe look into a program called SAI. Very simple to use too.

if you want constructive crit here's some-

-try and get rid of that middle line through her... crotch area as well as that indent on the bottom, kinda makes it look like a vajayjay lol
-the left eye (viewer's perspective) is bigger than the right eye (unless if she's semi winking at me with the right one)
-put some lines to separate the hair from the ears right now they just kind of look merged together

but overall, nice T & A sketch, good anatomy and pose, and color it!
