I just found out about this today poking around the Warp Portal website...

"After the redemption of the UGC card, the game item will be delivered on Fridays to the account that received the points from the UGC
card. Redemptions on Friday will be delivered the following Friday. Make sure to transfer the points to your game account so we can
deliver the item to you. Only 1 item is given per Ultimate Game Card redemption."

That's a little vague...

I redeemed an Ultimate game card on the 11th and have not received anything; or if I have, have no clue where to find it. O.o

you did check code the redeemer npc right? 2nd floor of eden group place.

if you have and its not there by this upcoming maintenance, you'd best be sending a ticket.
its what i done when mine wasnt in redeemer after maintenance, then found mine in there next day.

Check Code the Redeemer southwest of the fountain in Central Prontera, or in the upstairs area of the Eden Group Headquarters.

Also, you need to redeem 2k or more points at the same time to get it.

thats for the muka hat event, the lady tanee hat only require's that you use any value ugc card and transfer some to KP so they know what account to put it in.
