Alright so i am planing on become the class Taekwon, except in the tutorial [i am new if u didnt get that already xD] the class isnt in the lil line up of the other classes and when i click one of the classes it says "do you want to become a so and so i will transport you to the so and so" help anyone?

Try speaking to Eden NPC if you're level 10 and see if she gives you a list of towns and select Payon as your town of choice.

Yes, as the person above said, talk to the Eden NPC and tell her you want to go to Payon. That is where the taekwon job changer is.
