Like the title says I can't get my level 20 class. The archer trainer in port of the wind says I need to be at level 20 and I am. Is there another NPC I need to talk to. Is there something I need to do first. it's probably something obvious I'm not doing. Please help

do all your red hero quests and it will open up for you. If you have check your journal (j key) and check the quests tab it will tell you where to go.

You don't have to do them all, the quest starts at the Magician at PoW.
