I've been looking all over trying to find a place where a level 130 player could level up in this game

so far no luck

I was wondering if any of you guys would know where one could at this level could go to level up

Oblivon Temple in Ei Everloon Desert, add golem, mummy and guardian quests, they give alot of experience. You can also try Luna Temple or head to Eldeon and fight in Xita Refuge

Xita refuge if properly geared cuz the mobs are 150-160 ish. Temple would be the best bet if he can get a party. Running quest it's cool too but it get boring really quick hehehe at least for me

From about 130 to 150 I leveled my arti by doing ferrel guild union quests in Xita.

Easiest one is getting 9 pollens from Nepenthes. I can turn that quest around about once every 5 minutes. It gives 1.6 million exp and 9 or 14 union points (depending on whether you have the IM skill)
Next easiest is collecting 21 proofs for killing Sikuku Spearmen. It pays about 600K exp and same union points as the other one.

All the unions have equivalent quests so you don't need to be in Ferrel Guild.

Union point rewards go down after you hit 140 though so bear that in mind

the same story can be said for oblivion temple and luna temple, there are monsters in there that are far stronger then a lvl 130, xita refuge is a nice place to go
