I have upgraded my repose skill to level 9. I interpret the skill description to mean that it restores 300 hp per tick. I thought this would be on top of your normal hp regen. I sat and watched my hp regen several times and noticed it was only giving me 1xx-2xx per tick. Can someone please tell me is something is wrong with this skill or does it not function how i thought it would? Also i have some items that boost my hp. I don't remember all of them but i know one of them boosts it by 400. Does this have any effect on the regen skills? Thanks for any help.

We have noticed that HP recovery is bugged and doesn't work the way we interpret it to work. That is really all there is to it....
But don't worry if you think you made the wrong decision to get those skills, because you need them to get the passives that increase maximum HP (which do work and are helpful).
Also, having higher maximum HP is supposed to increase HP recovery.
