Well, I got Sword training level 5 for the extra ATK it gives, and also the ASPD it gives while wearing a sword class weapon.
The thing is, I don't see any difference in my ASPD when it was level 4 and level 5 (yeah I just got it).
So this skill needs fixing?

The difference between +4% aspd and +5% aspd is probably just too small to notice.
If you have more than 104 aspd with level 4, you will get less than 1 whole aspd from it (since +% aspd effects work by reducing the delay between swings by that %. The "aspd" number in the status window is 200 - swing delay.
