I think it would be much better if we could stack Base and Job EXPs without having to wear the +7 Yggdrasil Crown as long as it's in our inventory, like during the Acidus Turn in event in March when you can get the extra EXP and stack it without wearing the Baby Dragon Hat as long as it's in your inventory. There had been a lot of times that I would talk to an NPC to turn-in, and then I would just notice that I wasn't wearing the crown after turning in. It also saves time, especially when you're in a rush to turn in before your Battle Manual ends (especially when doing Bios 2, when you have to talk 6 different NPCs).

The dragon hat were useless (cute, but useless). The Ygg crown is usefull (even if you are not a healer you can receive more heal with it). If you don't like wear it just switch it when you're turning it. Problem solved.
