Do you need to purchase the VIP access to join this server or is it currently blocked from access by new players?
So wait.... you can't make any characters at Ymir if you're not VIP?

Yes, you need to purchase a VIP to make any characters on Ymir. Once you have them you'll always be able to access them but you will absolutely need a VIP to make characters there.
