does it add exp when we do turn in quests? I tried on yyg crown quest and it didn't give me any additional exp. Need someone to confirm

I believe this hat only gives a bonus to the experience gained from actually killing a monster. Not from quests.

I believe it does. I have no evidence to prove this as I'm not going to not wear it for testing. On my lower lvl characters I don't use any BMs, so I'll take a screenshot next time I run through it and show you my experience.
I did wear it once when I did prize medals for exp and I ended up using less than originally calculated.
Either way, it doesn't hurt to just wear it anyways

I believe lessen is right. BM's will affect quests but the bandanna is monster kills.
