This refers mainly to Special IM costume sets and the lvl 70 Zauharant weapons.

For instance I have one Zauharant staff already soulbound, but I have another one with better stats. I mean it seems kind of a waste to soulbound both.

Next update it will be possible to extract soulcraft options to soulcraft capsules which can then be used to transfer to another item i.e Zauhaurant Weapons. You can also sell the soulcraft capsule in market. More importantly, all of this doesn't cost 1 cent all based completely on professions.
