I never understood why people bother making chat filters.
If someone is pissed, they'll find a way to express it anyway. Be it leaving out a letter, adding or replacing one, or using a word thats not filtered etc etc...

Are you sure its chat filter? i was able to say 
in public chat... the npc just didn't seem to accept the line of text.

The 13.3 Sakray client wouldn't let me. I don't know if the USRC one is different.
