I am planning to use the following skills for the sole purpose of PVP/WOE fun. Would anyone be able to let me know if this is a good skill set.

With 50 job skills for my Sura class I've chosen the following:
Lv 10 Rising Dragon (pre-req took up a total of 24 skill points which left me with only 25 skills points left)
Lv 10 GoH (22 additional skill points required for this and I am left with only 3)

So I have used up a total of 47 skill points to max RD and GOH. Is this worth it? Any recommendation, tips, or advice is greatly appreciated.
