Im trying to make Counteragents to change my hair and im looking at the wiki guide but the guy it says to talk to isnt doing anything ...

Im trying to make Counteragents to change my hair and im looking at the wiki guide but the guy it says to talk to isnt doing anything ...

WHICH NPC? There are three!

Also, at least on Ymir, there are mixtures and counteragents vending.

From the wiki:

1. With Detrimindexta, Karvodailnirol and Alcohol in the inventory, go to Alberta. (note: you actually only need karvo OR detri to get the dialog)
2. Enter the Manor near the top of the map (12 o'clock), and head to the second floor.
3. Speak to Louitz, found in the last room upstairs by the bookshelf. He will mention "Morgenstein".
4. Head to Geffen, and talk with Aure Dupon, located to the left of the east Kafra. He'll also refer to Morgenstein.
5. Enter the former Blacksmith Guild and head upstairs. Talk to Morgenstein at the third floor.
6. After talking twice, he will offer to make a Counteragent or Mixture.
