I'm levelling an archer and have already reached job level 50. Just finished doing the Arrow Crafting quest and I'm looking at the Arrow Repel quest and I can't tell if I should do it or not. I have already spent all my skill points, so even if I get Arrow Repel I won't be able to afford to get any ranks in it. Should I get it anyways just for completion's sake, or would it actually be pointless? I don't want to waste the time/zenny getting the items for the quest, just to wind up not being able to use the skill anyways... can I get some advice?
Should I get Arrow Repel before job change?

It's pointless. Your main leveling skill will always be Double Strafe.
