Okay so I'm gonna make my champ a PvP build.
Is soul wreck and seismic impact worth getting? Yes/No?

well seismic immpact is a no no
and i wouldnt get soulwreck.

I would differ on Soul Wreck.
It is highly recommended for PvP in my opinion

Ignoring the Mspd down, the Def down is very handy at 40% down for level 4.
The most important reason why Soul Wreck is a must have is because it's a Reliable Magic Attack
Aside from Combat Cry and Space Attack, it's your next Magic Attack you'll use.

During PvP with other Champions and very low mDef oppenents it's ideally to use this also.

Only downside, is it worth using skill points to get double attack in order to get soul wreck?

As for Seismic Impact, I would say you don't need it.

And is the single attacks that doesn't stun good, like geons archangel crumpler?
