What is the best prize you can get by general consensus? brocca? exp? just want to know before i spend my 2000 i got from boxes

it is the most expensive item (at current market price) you can get. if that makes it the best depends on what you plan to do with it.

If you want some levels and have access to a 3x bm then your best choice is Exp in my opinion.

Nope. Exp events don't affect exp gained from quests or npcs.does the 2x event effect the outcome right now
