Althought I think this years annyversary was the worst ever and every GM involved in this should feel ashamed to death, I enjoy 2x EXP.
If this maint wont make me happy, I just quit for a week and play WoW/ Aion what ever else.

If only enough people would stop QQing in Forum and finally do some actions!

Just about every party I've been involved in this week has had a FS active char.

About half these parties were 12 person. The system was JUST implemented, some people aren't even aware of it yet.

This event has been far worse then the previous ones. Also the fact that some of the exp quests were also cut short. On top of that, the lucky box spits out buff scrolls almost 40%+ a time... I'd say all in all it's just been kinda lame.

The problem in making a party in the range is the (someway) difficult part: To find the people. Even in a guild, sometimes the level range punish us. A level 120 person levels in Nameless, New World, Bio. A level 105 is "trapped" in Nogg or Juperos.

The sharing party must always favor the lowest level (Because of their level range penalty ), and then the higher levels get punished by the... Level Range Penalty.

That level range penalty should be kicked out in even-share parties, and all the monsters give 100% EXP that will be affected by the number of people. Bringing two or three level 105 supporters (AB) to a level 115-120 party in Nameless is not leeching.

Some of the bold words are the problem on the Renewal, and this makes partying less worthwhile than the stacking bonuses, that are great.

Take a page out of the book of top end MMO's. Their max level is somewhere between 50 and 100. In those ranges, if they have a share function, it is usually within about a 20 level range. Even at max level (100) a 20 level share range is 20% share range of the max. The max level here is 150, and we only have a 15 level share range(10% of max). I'm just using this as a visual example. If RO had a 20% share range, the share level range would be 30, which is much more reasonable considering how difficult(boring) it is to level solo and find parties at higher levels. On this note, the max xp level range (the 15 level range for decent xp) should be changed to accommodate a change like this. There really needs to be some tweaking to this feature. In general, there needs to be alot of tweaking to RO to make it competitive and increase the size of the community. This would be a step towards that.

Except for one puzzling occurrence those Top Ranking MMO Admins wasn't expecting. Once awarded this new engine you speak of, Elites controlled progress lvling of arriving expectation. Arriving expectations were given a decision many didn't custom was residing for them, join the're guild, and even if invited to a 20% sharing party, you're on a time-limit whether you accompany a partner or not. Intell related to Planet Ragnarok for example, cease to circulate. Many travelers dwelled uncommuncative, forcing Solo options to retreat for clarity. More demand soon achieved baiting admins to convert all functions to Share Exp Campaigns.
As Mecernary Guild representatives once deviced, it's not breakfast as success if one recommendation hinders the other. I sat by and observed, since my voice wasn't considered musical. I had enough of that era my friend.

I agree with that. If they noticed a drastic decline in sales, i sure attention would be brought to it. The thing is i dont think there is that many people left for that to actually have an effect + the amount of cooperation from one person to another almost ceases to exist. If a Gm saw this and chose to do nothing about it(Since a majority of people dont seem to be happy with the decisions made), then everybody must choose to either speak up or do nothing. I guess thats kind of why the forums exist.
