I realize its based off atk and int, but how exactly?

(I posted this in the swordsman secction too, but noone really goes there.. so.)

"floor" rounds down to the largest previous whole number. So if you have 97 INT, it'd be 24.25 and then floored to 24.

10 int would then be 200% as a result.

Anyway, Storm Blast does no damage when RK is affected by manhole (even though the SB animation still shows). It's also fleeable, but really only GXs under hallucination walk have a consistent and practical chance of fleeing in WoE.

has anyone tested if the storm blast damage will still be dealt if, while casting, the rk is put in a manhole. i know it doesnt work for everyone else but rks are dumb and bypass every rule in the game somehow.

I don't think it does, but haven't done strict testing with regards to it.

I've consistently played an RK in WoE, and months ago SB would one shot most people (my RK was one of the first 150's and WoE reduction used to be less). I recall observing that being manholed mid-cast would result in an in-range target group living, but again no strict testing done.

I could've sworn an RK would still deal damage to someone even if they're in Manhole, but that only applies if you're close enough to get hit by Stormblast anyways. At least, there couldn't have been anything else that would have killed me from way back when during the time I was testing to see if Full Divest would work on someone in Manhole. That was when I was fairly new with playing around with Manhole after getting it too. Of course, the Full Divest doesn't work on people in Manhole, but I do know I died to Stormblast from the RK that was stuck in that Manhole. Unless they patched that up or something. I've told myself to stay far away from RK's in Manhole since then, so I haven't seen whether that still applies now or not. x_x

There's also an additional sync issue with skill animations and when their respective damages are dealt. A good example of this would be clashing spiral and how near the start of the casting that someone need hide to prevent damage from being taken.

First, this isn't WoW. SEcond, you forgot to mention that the user recieveing damage, would be using potions and ales, easily rejecting this weak damage.

When you in manhole, you deal no damage but you can still cast the skill and show the animation.

Sb is weak and expensive. Does not work in Manhole (just break traps ;D), root and more than 90% weight.with 130 str + 110 int gives 10k~14k in pvp depending on the weapon.
These guys that kill with one hit (low vit jobs) in woe have god itens,foods,striking,normal buffs, eden buffs, +14 glorious spear and get 200+ str, int.
