That message may indicate that you have been banned for a period :x
Should put in a GM ticket to see what the issue is...

2020 ban usually means you're banned until you get in touch with the GM team. Could be a warning ban that gets lifted upon a stern talking to, or it could have been locked for any number of other reasons. 2020 bans get lifted, though, generally speaking. 2012 bans are much worse news.
