Would cost.. maybe 100 IM Per use? To randomize 1 selected option on an item. Randomizers are useful but aren't all that beneficial since you have the chance to get unfavored stats. This randomizer would select the option you dislike the most and randomize until you achieve that 30% CD or 12.6% Aim that everyone wants but trys so hard to get otherwise by legending and then randomizing altogether (Which may cost over 10k GOLD). Just a suggestion. Thanks.

Maybe it would be better if they let you select how many randomizers you would use, but then you will have to select which one, and its kinda unfair considering how much randomizers the old players have wasted... Its kinda good, but unfair
