magic its over nerfed, i think that the only non thirdclass skill that should have fixed cast time its guillotine fist, I CANT SEE THE NEED FOR FIXED CAST TIME ON BOLTS or any other non thirdclass skill.

Quite often, actually.
Pharaoh should be hella easy normally for my 150 RG. Nope, he decided to Coma me about 4 times in one kill because apparently I was position lagged and couldn't take out the mob.
