I've asked this before, but I don't think I got an official answer. What happens if the sp cost of a skill is lowered in a patch and players have points in the skill? Will the extra skill points be returned? Will we be provided a skill reset before the skill changes that come with the profession patch are implemented? IIRC, some thief and bandit buff skills are having their sp cost reduced, and I do not want my skill points messed up when that change occurs. Should I purchase a skill reset and go ahead and reset my sp?
