I see various players with different color clothes, how do i change my outfit's color? and how do i change my hairstyle and color?

You have to get a Kafra Coupon from an NPC in the Eden Group (upstairs) not sure which one it is but sure you can find it. It does cost Kafra points to get it though. 75 pts I believe.
