Hey, I played Ragnarok...somewhere around 3 years or so ago, and to be honest I did not give it much of a chance, I got stuck in some awkward leveling point at an extremely low level... Thanks to the fact I was younger then, bit more naive I suppose, I gave up, but now I am back and hopefully ready to roll. I just have some favors to ask if no one minds.
Any big tips that I'm most likely stupid enough to miss? (specifically for an Agi Knight, I want to be one just to start me off and get my feet wet, once I become high enough to support another character I was looking at the Mage stuff, particularly the Scholar class, but I have no idea how all that Transcending stuff works :>)

Any newbie friendly guilds out there? I find much more fun in playing when in a guild, if there are any guilds that wouldn't mind a newb, I would love to join.

Oh and one last thing, there are still two separate servers, no? They both have the same exp rates and such now, unless you get a VIP ticket right? Or do you need a VIP ticket to access the other, and if I say start on Valk, if I get a high enough level, would I be able to get a VIP ticket and play on the other one as well?

Let me see if I can answer all these.

VIP Information, yes you can get VIP on Valk.

There are a good number of friendly guilds out there, you can find those in the Guild Hall forum or you can post/advertise your requirements for a guild.

Big tips I don't know much about AGI knights myself perhaps someone else can fill in the blanks there. Maybe this can help you out, Information For Returning Players
