You don't get a skill reset when u choose your 2nd job.
Only time when we can get a free skill reset is when they hand it out for free during events.
Other than that, you gotta buy it of the item mall for 500 points.

yea. it makes no sense that we cant get a skill reset and DNA initialising at lvl 50. just needs to be bound and untradeable even with trade xeon. would help alot
