Posting this a bit in advance so all of you can be prepared!

I am expecting this to be a longer maintenance due to the size of update and that we are going to have to do the maintenance from our IDC rather than our comfy office chairs. (If you are curious our office building is getting tested for some sort of fireman's drill at 10pm-2am and power will be out here)

13.3 update!
  • 13.3 El Dicastes update!
  • New Turnin
    Alarms quest stops (so you can't pick it up)
    90-110 starts
    115-130 starts
    All turnin quests will change so that you can turn in the quest immediately after finishing, but you still can only accept the quest 1 time per day. Don't worry if the quest leaves while in the middle, Father Time will accept all the quests you've finished even if he isn't currently offering them anymore.
    We are bumping up the schedule for implementation due to your requests and feedback. on the 12th we'll implement 2 level ranges and on the 19th we'll implement the 70-95, 105-120 and 125-140 ranges.
  • Kafra recycler machine leaves all Midgard Coins will be deleted
  • Boxter will leave
  • Double Drops will end
  • We are trying to get a few new contents for the Kafra shop as well, but it may need to wait until the 19th.
  • Bungee jump in Umbala will get reworked a bit to keep people from standing on it.
Friday 11-2pm we will do a focus testing group on Sakray for 13.3. Things we are focusing on for this test will be a run through of each of the quests and the Hidden Socket enchant system as well as the upper limits of the Party Tap bonus.

And you're also changing neutral barrier to 7x7 aoe and no cooldown + disable outside of pvp/woe, right? Riight? :waddle: -_- Pls. Just for one week lets see how it goes.

If you want to revamp the niff gateway please do it so it's easier to et to niff and bot the other way

Could the TI be made to give rewards in more chunks?
Well really just the 70-95 one.
I just wasted more than half of the turn in on a 71 char :S

I heard heim is also making clearance target anyone inside woe as he once tried!

Both Antidote and gentle touch cure are usable on anyone (instant and without delay too)... could we Bishops have our long cast time long delay recovery usable on everyone too? Being restricted to party only and not even enabled on ourselves is really silly. Like

This is so rediculously overpowered that GM's will put it as an A Item into the next Lucky Box and add for the other ranks only BuffPacks just to lol on us xD

id raise the stats to be over 100 though, or 110. for the lulz.

It would be fine if clearance could be used offensively. Sage dispell removed buffs since long ago, and is usable just fine in woe. Is the problem that stalker preserve would be removed and stalkers would have to take one click to re-preserve? Or which "stuff that shouldn't be removed" makes clearance a bad idea?

Bishops aren't super tanks anyways, and have a somewhat delay on clearance which has a somewhat long cast time.

And why shouldn't bishops be able to help their guildmates and themselves? Suras can even self cure even while being stunned and such... It makes sense that bishops could clearance themselves too, no?

The Backpack is powerful, but it's also ugly as hell.

If a Stalkers Preserve could be removed so easily, with a practical impossibility to get skills back during WoE, then their De-mount should also be put back up to being powerfull. >_>

Or, you know, switch Preserve to function like Reproduce. Like it should be.

Exactly for that sole reason. You want to cripple one class to make the one you play better. I don't know if you have ever played a rogue class in WoE, but without flying kick, you're crippled.

I know bishops are kind of lackluster, but that's not the way to bring them on par.

Then make clearance not affect chasers under link maybe =p? Thought I still see chasers being enough annoying with or without flying kick, and having a chance to remove flying kick seems oki. You would still need to poke chaser with a non third non trans skill before the second it takes to recast preserve. And clearance can't be spammed like dispel... Surely flying kick is a very nice addition, but even without flying kick, chasers have many things they could do. Backslide could help while the chaser recovers flying kick. If they added a way to copy flying kick (like how you can rent mounts after being stripped by a chaser), then I feel that letting clearance have the chance of removing preserve could be fair.

How about we get rid of Piece and Remover from the rogue skill tree (they literally do nothing), add in 6 levels of something that acts like flying kick with a small recast delay (2-3 seconds maybe?). Clearance can go do whatever it wants. Then we'd all be happy no? Granted it wouldn't be thematically correct, but meh, better than spending 6 points on skills that do nothing.

I'm joking of course, but the Piece/Remover is still one of my pet peeves.

Yeah that has its uses, but I'm more interested in the debuff/move feature of -_-. Sure I was joking, but balance-wise it's not that bad of an idea, lord knows worse has happened.
