i want ask question, before i change to GX, i have 20 mils exp, and when i became gx now i only got 20 % only in 99 lvl, isn't it i should be 101? exp require from 99 to 100 is 7.070.700 mils and from 100 to 101 is 7.4 mils. am i wrong?

Go kill something. When I made it to 99/68 I keep making exp but it doesn't show. After job change it stayed the same but when I killed one mob it registered the EXP and I instantly leveled into 50% thru level 100.

For each level you'll gain after your change to 3rd class you'll need to kill another monster.

i just try it, and when i relog i got 283.56% and when i kill 1 monster i lvl up to 100 with 95.5%, how come?

Because when you job changed, you had all that base EXP from getting to Job 70. Even when you're 99, you still gain base EXP. Then when you job change, that EXP counts again, but will only be recalculated when you kill something.

The 285% or what not was what it was reading from your previous level. At the EXP it required for that level you had 185% more than you needed. Say you needed 1,000,000 EXP to level up... It read that you had 2,850,000 and said 285%. The next level, however, takes 2,000,000 EXP and you only have 1,850,000 left. Therefore you're only at around 91% and won't level again.

That IS essentially level 101. There is a level cap of one level per source of exp, spilling exp up to a maximum of 100% of the previous level. That 95.5% is 100% of level 99->100.

first and second jobs cannot level beyond 99, any exp gained is stored. when you change to 3rd, the level range is 99 to 150 allowing the stored exp to be used. the game doesnt check for levelup until you receive more exp. it really doesnt get any more simple than that.

Only base exp is stored, job exp doesn't count:P

When you job change to 3rd class, you can store up to 14,139,999 base exp when you roll over to 3rd class (7,070,000 exp * 2 - 1).

Check your base exp in your character select screen.
