Hi, I am looking to make my clan mark transparent. I got that part down, but when I save as .bmp. My channels & layers disappear. How do I prevent that from happening?

i think your layers are supposed to disappear. as for your channels, did you see what your clan mark looks like ingame? if you still have the file i can double check it for you

Yeah, I still have the file. I'd appreciate it if you double check for me.

k i checked it, you did everything right, the channels are still there and the transparency is even showing in preview, but the only problem I'm getting from this is that rose says the file size is too big even though the size of the image is 4 kb. i tried saving at a lower size (1.4) and in 256 color but it's still the same result. i don't know if this is a bug or anything; it might just be that your clan mark has too many colors on it.

Alright, thanks. I'll try to look for another clan mark then. If it doesn't work, I'll submit a ticket.

Oh nevermind. I got it to work, but the background still isn't transparent.

0. make sure you have alpha channel in your picture
1. save picture as BMP, make sure you have selected Alpha Channels
2. click on Advanced Modes
3. try with 3A option selected and if that one doesn't work then try 3B
