So I got conned into helping my wife (who has a sudden fascination with her AB), find a way to maximize her heal and I ran into a few issues. I've reported one of them before, but it has always been in threads about Maestros/Wanderers and so I'm unsure if anyone has seen it. I'd like to go over my findings here in this thread.

I suppose the target readers for this thread are Heim, Oda, and any other Gravity employee, but I welcome comments and feedback from the community. I should note, that I am working on a full re-work and update to this stat calculator, and so time permitting, I should have a more accurate way to experiment for everyone in the near future. :P

Ygg Crown:
The problem I have with the Ygg Crown is mostly the description. I only had a +0 and +7 to test, so I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but the results differ from description.
Here's the description in game:

A Crown woven from Yggdrasil's Branches which represents new life after a sacrifice. Vit +2, Int +2. Increases the effectiveness of received healing and your own healing by 1%.
For each refine level up to +6, this percentage increases by 1. If refine level is +7 or higher, this percentage increases by 2.

For the +0 Ygg Crown, this description is correct. It does indeed provide +1% to heal, and recovery. The +7 crown, however, provides a +11% increase to both heal and recovery.
When doing the math (based on the description), I either get +9% (7% for 0-6 and 2% for +7), or 10% (8% for 0-7 and 2% for +7). Here's my test environment (please note that []'s indicate a floor):

Naked Arch Bishop, level 146. Job 38, 104 total INT, 100 total DEX, and 99 total LUK.

Full Heal formula: [( ( [ ( Base Level + INT ) / 5 ] x 30 ) x ( Heal Level / 10 ) x ( 1 + ( Modifiers / 100 ) ) + MATK ) x %RecoveryBonus].
Modifiers in this case is only the 20% increase from Meditatio.

([146 + 104 / 5] * 30) * (10/10) = 1500. This is the base heal.
1500 * 120% = 1800. Added Meditatio bonus.
1800 + 245 = 2045. Final Heal amount. The 245 is the statusMATK (check the link to the MATK formula below).

Same AB with +7 crown healing another naked individual (crown gives 2 INT):
([146 + 106 / 5] * 30) * (10/10) = 1500. This is the base heal.
1500 * 131% = 1965. Ygg crown healing bonus is additive with the Meditatio bonus.
1965 + 248 = 2213. Final Heal amount. The 248 is the statusMATK.

Same AB naked again, healing the same individual with a +7 Ygg Crown of their own:
([146 + 104 / 5] * 30) * (10/10) = 1500. This is the base heal.
1500 * 120% = 1800. Just the Meditatio bonus.
1800 + 245 = 2045. Final Heal amount..
2045 * 111% = 2269. Heal received by crown wearer.

Finally, both the AB and her partner wearing a +7 Ygg Crown:
([146 + 106 / 5] * 30) * (10/10) = 1500. This is the base heal.
1500 * 131% = 1965. Ygg Crown and Meditatio bonus.
1965 + 248 = 2213. Final Heal amount..
2213 * 111% = 2456. Heal received by crown wearer.
All I really want to know I guess, is how a +7 Ygg Crown provides an 11% bonus to heal and recovery, for the sake of a correct stat calc. MATK formula.


Heal & MATK:
As I pointed out in the section above, the healers magic attack is added to the end of the base heal formula. The problem I found however, and this is a problem that I and others have pointed out before, is that %modifiers to MATK and non-weapon based equipment MATK/Food MATK are not applied to the heal formula. Skills like Moonlight Serenade, or Sinking Melody, items such as Rainbow Cake, Tasty White Rations, or Rune Midgard Straberry Cake, or equipment such as the Dress Hat (provides a heal bonus that works, but the MATK% bonus doesn't) or the new Skull Cap (the MATK bonus provided with wearing an evil bone wand) do not increase heal at all. They all do increase the damage from Holy Light, or Adoramus, or Firebolt, or Psychic Wave, however. Funny enough, though, Mystical Amp does increase heal. Perhaps it is intentional on kROs part, but I contend that it is a bug and I request that Gravity staff report it as such to kRO. There's really no situation (even by stacking all these skills and cards and items) where Heal would become overpowered considering the huge HP pools that 3rd class characters have. Please fix this.


Missing Status Icons:
Finally, some of the Items I mentioned above (namely the Rainbow Cake and Tasty White Ration, but I'm sure there are more), will show duration timers, but have no corresponding icons to mouse over to see what they are or the duration left. Honey Pastry has a generic food icon, could we have the same thing added for those items that are missing them? Thanks.

BTW, for anyone who's interested, you can achieve a ~4700 heal and a ~15K High Heal with a couple high upgraded items (no god items) on someone else wearing a Ygg crown. Not that any of it is practical though.

tl;dr The Ygg Crown's bonus at +7 works differently than the description states. Fix the heal formula to properly account for MATK given by armor, sets, cards, items, etc. Add status icons to items that don't have them.

Also elemental converters don't have status icons. Hope they fix the icons.

If it's any help, a +9 crown appears to increase received heals by 15%.

+0 Crown on +0 Crown: 1.721 bonus: 1%
+1 Crown on +1 Crown: 1.750 bonus: 2%
+2 Crown on +2 Crown: 1.779 bonus: 3% 
+3 Crown on +3 Crown: 1.810 bonus: 4%
+4 Crown on +4 Crown: 1.840 bonus: 5%
+5 Crown on +5 Crown: 1.870 bonus: 6%
+6 Crown on +6 Crown: 1.964 bonus: 9% ("fixed" bonus: 7%)
+7 Crown on +7 Crown: 2.027 bonus: 11% ("fixed" bonus: 9%)

+7 Crown on naked: 1.828
It seems upgrade levels 0-5 provide the same increase in heal bonus and received heal bonus, whereas upgrade levels 6 and higher provide the same increase in heal bonus and received heal bonus. Instead of giving the increased bonus of +2% at upgrades +7 and higher, they started giving it (and an additional 1% wherever that comes from) at +6, that's why a +7 gives a bonus of 11% instead of +9%.
