How come no one is ever at the battlegrounds? I need Valorous Carnage Katar dangit!!!

Well since people hardly ever do BG nowadays... the only thing I could think of is exchanging KVM Badges into Valor Badges while the Medal Exchanger is still here. When no one's at KVM too, you can always get KVM Badges from God Item Seals. Seal 1 gives 80 KVM Badges, Seal 2,3,4 gives 40. You need 150 KVM Badges for 100 Valor Badges. Exchange rate is 3:2.
