Lets say I want to be a Rogue/Stalker, what will be a good amount of DEX to have at lvl 99?
lets also say ill be more of a PvMthan PvP or WoE.

Atleast 80. I dont know much about that class but I get atleast 80 dex on my characters to have a decent hit.

with 80 DEX can you hit MvP's and such?

Well, hit also increases with each level you gain [if im not wrong] and it is possible to hit MVP's which dont have awesomely high flee. Also spear dynamo[Rune knight] + garuda hat +[buffs + hit food + stat food] can make your hit really high.

WHAT KIND OF ROGUE/STALKER?

The dex requirements will be very different for a dagger rogue vs bow rogue.

I want to put a lot into STR as well but I plan on maxing AGI for flee and aspd I just would like to know how much DEX i should count on having so i can judge how much strength I should have

60-80 dex - just enough to hit most monsters you want to level on.

Mmm no. It seems like my Shadow Chaser has the worst time hitting stuff that's over level 100 with 65 regular Dex (Blessing barely helps still). Most of the monsters requires 360-400 hit by then, so 80 Dex is a decent number, throw in Blessing and you wouldn't really miss.

Just adjust the examples' Dex a little. I do not recommend a Dagger Chaser for MVP'ing at all. They're okay for PvM for the time being.

Bow SC, you can pretty much do 120 DEX/AGI, as long as you don't mind not being able to mob, and if you get reproduce and Severe Rainstorm, you do crazy damage. Just need a tank to be there, heh.

Well, for SC, yeah you need 80 or so, but for rogue/stalker, 60ish is okay.
