So i did the hunting quest from the NPC Laponte but I didn't talked to the others just to see, i completed it and i need to wait 23 hours for that particular npc. Ok, no problem but then i talk to the other NPC Kalipo and tells me to hunt pinguiquila but the quest message appears that i have a cooldown for him too and I cannot do his request.

So... Do I have to talk to all NPC before turning in the requests or is it bugged? I thought each NPc has individual cooldowns.

When you take a new quest you are given 1) the quest and 2) a timer. If you complete the quest before the 23h timer is up, you get your reward (see inside diel for reward). If you don't complete it in time, the NPC in the diel will remove it (no credit even if completed).

The way this is setup, you're not penalized by the fact that it may take you an hour to complete some of the harder ones. Which means your timing for it is less likely to drift from day to day.

I thought so too, but it might just be a bug.
Also they have different level requirements.

Not the answer I was looking for. Does all these quests work as one all with the same timer or each NPC works seperatley with different timer each? Because i did 1 of them and its affecting the other NPC's.

Each should have its own timer, and it was working fine on sakray. Are you turning in to the correct npc?

Yep, I turned in correctly and it gave me a saphra certificate when i talked to the other i was supposed to pick up 26 piece of egg and kill pinguiquila but the quest window shows that i have to wait 23 hours.

It's bugged I guess? I play on valk.

Let me summarize my understanding of where you are so far:

1) You took Laponte's <something> quest
2) You handed in Laponte's quest successfully and got your price
3) You signed up for Kalipo's Pinguculas and Pura's Piece of Egg Shell


4) (?) You completed one (or both) quests in (3), and when trying to hand in, the npc gives you no prize and tells you to wait?
or
4) (?) You saw you have a 23h timer and are wondering if its broken?

On the last 2 quests that i have yet to complete. I killed a pinguiquila to see if there would be a kill count but no.

If you're missing a counter for the pings, then there is definitely something wrong. (make sure he didn't ask for dark pings though!)
