I totally, have no idea if this thing was mean to be total account bound, or not. If the DEV Teams start ban people because of this, they will have another angry-mob at their door.

Why couldn't you just make the boxes tradeable like with Sportbot and Truckbot?

He won't; but I'm sure he has passed the message along to the devs - However unfortunately there is no bug abuse possibility or anything that would cause this to be a matter of the utmost importance to where they would shut down the servers just to patch a box being giftable/tradeable.
It will likely be fixed next weeks patch.

I send an email to both Zep (3 days ago) and Calanor (1 days ago) to ask about the legalization of the selling Wizard's costume in game. I had received any answer from them. As the result, by the definition of their silent, I think selling/vending Wizard's set in game is perfectly legal unless they tell us otherwise.
