are you guys going to change the effect of this items to FLEE + 4, AGI + 1
If user has 120 base AGI, CRIT + 4.???

yea but i already have 1 then i reset my stats and make it 120 agi then no agi +4 ??how come??

FLEE + 4, AGI + 1
If (user has 120 base AGI) then CRIT + 4.
added some parenthesis and a "then" to make this more clear.

Again it never gave +4 agi... It was never available in game till 13.3.
