Can someone tell me where to find it? I looked on irowiki and it has directions to where the npc is in a building in amatsu, but when I went there, I found nothing. I'm trying to buy flame stone for one of the new world quests. Thanks

It's in the same building as the ninja job change, there's a hidden door in the wall that you walk through, then way in the back an item seller named Boonray.

It is where you did the ninja job change. There is a hidden path behind the caligraphy painting.

Any character can buy stuff there but to make kunai you need to be a ninja.

ahhh, thanks. you can do it on any class. I can't believe I forgot all about that xD

^ yeah, I meant go in there as any class, but you're right you need to be a ninja to make kunai
