Why if i click on the peoples who vends i always encounter errors .. it says Close the program .. how can i fix that ? ..

maybe try to repatch seems something might not have been patched correctly

to repatch just reopen the client
genpatch:arrow to the right of start has the words "check all"
if the repatching for the normal client doesnt work you can try genpatch or reinstall the client using the installer you downloaded.

i check it and says Crc is mismatch the downloaded file is corrupt ? what is that ?

i used the genpatch and now i cant open it lol wew . :'(

it still like that when i click on the people vending still i got an error .. says Rose has stopped working amf ..

hmm well i can suggest to reinstall from the installer (normal client) might do something might not.

it means ill use the normal client ? . if it doesnt do anything ? . what should i do ? .

you can use either the genpatch or the normal if you reinstall the normal client, if it continues maybe just wait till the next patch might be a bug that affects more people then just you and they may do an emergency patch on it. i know that may hinder your buying/selling for a week but till someone (maybe Genesis) comes along and looks into it theres not much more i can do to help.

i uninstall it and repatch using genpatch it didn`t work ..
and i uninstall it again .. and patch it in normal client still nothing happens .. pls fix this error pls ? i cant buy and sell what i like .
if i cLick on people vending in junon or in other city my client occurs an error it says client has stopped working .. how can i solve this problem .
i try to troubleshoot it . using uninstall and repatch it ..
i also used genpatch . nothing happens ..
and i also repatch it using the normal .. still nothing happen .help me please .with this kind of problem.

After uninstalling, delete the Rose Online folder before reinstalling. Also run Rose as administrator.

Do a dxdiag on your pc. (Start>Command>Type - dxdiag> Press Enter> Save all information then paste it here.) That should give us a clue.

Possible causes:

- Video Driver got corrupted or outdated.
- Directx needs updating.
- Hardware Issue (Video Card or Memory is saying bye bye)
- Hard Disk Issue - surface is damaged/bad sectors

And dude when youre sending a problem. Give us a screenshot will ya. Geez. Good help starts with you.
