1. Go to Sunshine Coast.
2. Talk to Pirelli to get scavenger quest.
1. Put 10 Coal items in your inventory.
2. Go south to Zant.
3. Immediately go south and find the giant clock.
4. Go around to the south side of the clock.
5. Go into the tall grass just to the right of the ramp.
6. Walk around the tall grass until you get the "Hourglass Soil."
7. Scroll to Junon Polis.
8. Go to the boat NPC Itz.
9. Talk to Itz and select Dolphin Island.
10. Find the race track and drive north until you see a tiny island with 2 trees and a wooden sign.
11. Look for the sparkles on the ground.
12. Walk around the sparkles until you get the "Photo from Dolphiln's Tail."
13. Scroll to Zant.
14. Go north to Sunshine Coast.
15. Return to NPC Pirelli.
16. Wait for the quest time to expire.
17. Talk to NPC Pirelli and turn in the quest items to get your Special Summer Basket.
18. Open the Special Summer Basket to get your reward.
