Im a new player and i want to "power-up" pay for my account. But it keeps coming up "Payment Error". I'v been trying for the past few hours, Opening and closing browsers It's each time its putting me off playing that bit more. Can anyone help me out. I see some others saying about this error, But no reply to them, Did they ever end up playing?

Make sure you have Java and flash enabled on your browser when you click the power-up button.
There is a check being done at that time to help secure the transaction, if it cannot complete it will return an error.
It could be something else as well, and if that is the case we really do need the ticket in with a screenshot of the error code so we can see what else it could be.

Also, do try using different browsers if you havn't already. Warpportal has a dubious record of browser combatability.
