hi i need help for my SR.

my SR going to foc 49. She´s level 49, her damage is low aslo her defense melee and resist magic is low.

My set is Foc 35 Khrentium+15, enchanting is full Short and long defense.
My Weapon is Stronger 40 (sword and crossbow).

please help.
