I made my monk combo when I couldn't afford the gear for a straight OI/Spirit build, so now I'm trying to salvage the character. Right now my base stats are
70 str 70 agi 30 dex.

This is the build I have in my mind so far:

(With agi/bless)

STR: 92+28 = 120
AGI: 80+25 = 105
VIT: 14+6 = 20
INT: 30+12 = 42
DEX: 36+14 = 50

Does this seem like a good idea? Not really sure where you finish up a combo monk, but I'm sure I will be doing a lot of hillwinds.

Stats look pretty good. so I presume you didn't bother to get OI at all? Should say what skills you got. Well I will assume you didn't get OI as a combo monk you pretty much can lvl anywhere you want. Niff, sanctuary, anolian map, etc. If you do got OI then you can add to that list along with ice dungeon, sleeper, turtle island, stalatic golem map, etc.

I actually did get occult. I skimped out on tele/pnuema. I was just assuming that leveling with occult is only faster than comboing if you go super high str/dex.

Ah~ I see. Ya they do say they are faster then combo. But super awesomely boring to play IMO lol. 1shot sleeper then tele and repeat till SP almost gone and go back to inn rest and go back to sleeper map is litterally puting me to sleep >.>; combo on the other hand sure I guess its slower to lvl it but it at least keeps me entertained xD
