using my lv99 knight to do a test on various spear skills:
lv10 pierce
lv5 spear boomerang
lv8 spear stab
lv5 brandish spear

stat:
str 92+8
vit 80+10
dex 63+6

weapon: +5 lance (attack 185, weight 250)

test map:yuno_fild04

monster: harpy

only brandish spear lv 10 can do 3XXX damage on the monster.

is it correct? did i miss out anything?

does it mean brandish spear is a good skill for solo leveling?

Yeah it's probably the strongest move you have at the moment

No. Unless you use it with gloomy.
Bowling bash would do 4xxx to 6xxx damage.
Remember, bowling bash hits twice.
Edit: only if you avoid BB grids.

Forgot to mention, I did use bowling bash, it did 2XXX damage.

Yes, it hits 2 times. If you check battle chat you will see 2xxx damage twice upon attacking.

BB hits 2x and has a card that makes it even better, it's not a good thing to gloomy yourself every 1:20 minutes while leveling.

Bowling Bash > Brandish although brandish is way easier to use.
