Right-click the link and choose "Download" or "Save as..." or "Save target as..." etc. It is different from every browser!

for me its a text document aswell.... im doing something wrong aswell. some explanations with FIREFOX would be good i guess. i think most people use this browser^^

Ok now it does work and i get in the game but still it wont update... but i need the patches to be able to play so whats up next manual patching?^^

well..... there arent any manual patches -.- atleast i cant find em googled it and nothing on the original homepage either. nothing writen in this forum aswell makes me kinda sad right now dont know what i shall do xD im so close to gaming just some manual patches are missing and now this!!!! xD

Let your friend send the files needed! A bit complicated way, but less bandwidth used, would be if you get FileZilla FTP Client, and your friend FileZilla FTP Server.

Then he setups the server to share the Requiem folder

and you setup the client to connect to his server, and only transfer those files that doesn't look the same, updated ones.

well i got another problem now xD finally the updater runs. got the original exe from site. works fine on my friend but on me ... i cant see any texts on the updater or anything else on it xD i dont even know if he actualy does update right now or not ^^ and i just cant find a clue about this on goggle or in this forum xD nobody seems to have this kind of problem haha guess i will try to manual patch afterall and see if it works then. going to edit after my try.

Hmm I think the updater looks like that! Just a titlebar and a progressbar, and that's it~

not that one the one u get after that there the figure on the left holds a hammer. on my friends there is the "news" and other stuff written but on mine there is nothing all just empty. the progressbars wont show anything either xD

Still havent found a solution. will have to give up i guess.... :'(

I am new to this game and the updater still have an Error 6. Is that because i am from Europe or because the servers are down and I need to wait more to get updater working properly?

Yeah I just installed the game ...

Scheduled patching seems to be finished, but still getting Error 06.

Before installing I had to download the client 3 times.

First time with my browser ... which kept downloading even if the file was finished.
Then tryed via FTP directly (which is the same file) .... downloaded till 2.800.000 from 2.650.000 or something.
Third time, I downloaded from third party and this time it worked.

I am realy disappointed about how this is going.

And the best is: if you use google, you can see that the problem with that famous error 06 is there since 2 years. And there is no solution yet ?

Sorry but this isn't the way I will ever spend money on that game.

can make it into the name log in page then it tells me cannot connect to server am getting tired of this game with this PS have premium acc and am starting to want my money back as i cant enjoy the game on my days off. Becuase its down more than up.
