I recently made a Soldier/Knight, and at level 13, I found a party and leveled really quickly to level 31. Then, when everyone left, I noticed that I hadn't grown much in power since I was level 13. Now, I'm level 33 and doing The Man In The Red Robe quest, and I'm not leveling quickly at all. I try to kill turtles, but they always kill me. I've got 133k and NPC armor. These are my stats:
Attack: 107
Defense: 434
M-Defense: 184
Accuracy: 126
Critical: 20
A-Speed: 0.0%
Health: 1989
Mana: 289
STR: 85
CON: 33
(All the rest are 15)

If my problem is a lack of money, please tell me how to get money. If it's not, please tell me how I am stuffed, or if I'm stuffed at all.

You aren't "stuffed". Your stats seem fine. Sure your gear could be better, but don't worry about it. You will out level most of the low level gear too fast to warrant spending lots of money on it. I think your expectations are simply too high, nothing else. Just concentrate on making money as you level so once you are high level you can buy good gear.

For making money, its simple really. Check out the shops in JunonPolis and see what people are buying/selling. Then as you level, keep an eye out for those drops and try to horde them so that you can buy/sell them whenever you want. Some highly sought after drops are powders, lisents, chemical. The shops that are already in junon will give you an idea of the supply and demand for important drops.

Did you have clerics in your party before when you felt powerful and were leveling fast? Because parties level faster, and clerics give your character buffs that can significantly increase his effectiveness.

try refining your gear if you havent already your armor and wep to about (5) and also if you havent already get the attack power buff that should help out too and no your stats are fine its just knights dont do as much attack power as champs but you should have much better defense than champs so good luck ^^
